Registered Psychotherapy

KIH Clinic's Registered Psychotherapist is Alexandra Gurinsky. Alexandra believes that the condition of one’s mind strongly influences the well being of their entire body. She is dedicated to helping her clients improve how they feel by learning to identify, understand and explore how they think and behave. Alexandra enables behaviour change by helping clients to explore and resolve ambivalence and identifying and mobilizing the client's internal values and goals in order to stimulate change.
