Energy Revitalize IV Therapy Program

Your treatment plan is determined by an understanding of your current health status and blood work, nutritional and lifestyle and stress management needs.  As such, the first appointment will include a thorough assessment.

Initial Assessment:

• A complete health and lifestyle review to identify disrupting immune system triggers and important elements of a physical exam
• Blood work:  Obtained either through your medical doctor or our clinic

Program also includes 3 additional naturopathic appointments where you will receive the following:

• Total of 3-4 IV vitamin treatments
• Dietary nutritional review and dietary guidelines
• Personalized supplement or herbal remedy advice
• Lifestyle and stress management counseling

Note:  A 4th IV treatment can be included if appropriate blood work is brought to your first appointment – call for details

Insurance Coverage
Most private health care plans will provide coverage for the services and assessments included in this program. The basic cost of the IV solution is included in the program price – any additional IV ingredients will be discussed in the appointment.  Supplements or lab tests are recommended on an individual basis and will be an additional fee.  Call the clinic for more details on pricing.
