My Favourite summer smoothie!
Proper hydration is a key element for health maintenance in summer which is not always easy! Dehydration can lower your body’s ability to sweat. Foods that could cool you down will support a normal temperature. Here is one of my favourite drinks for summer! Hope you also like it!
1 tablespoon Nut Butter (or seeds)
½ Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Cardamom
1 cup Milk Of Choice
