What to Expect During Visits

My approach to therapy is psycho-spiritual in nature. My work is client-centered, meaning I meet you 'where you're at' and guide you gently yet firmly to explore your truths, memories and emotions. We will also look to the past with Family of Origin and Inner Child Work. Spiritual principles such as compassion, transformation, forgiveness and gratitude are often experienced when doing this work which helps support spiritual growth.

I use a wide range of treatment approaches to make each client’s appointment as individual as they are.

Therapeutic Tools I use to further the healing process:

* Talk Therapy

* Guided Visualization

* Meditation and Chakra psychotherapy (works directly with the human energy field and the mind/body connection)

* Focusing

* Voice dialogue

* Inner child work

* Art and drawing

* Body psychotherapy

* Sub-Personalities/Inner Critic

* Experiential Psychotherapy

* Dream Work
