Initial Assessment (may include 1 or all):

• A complete mental and holistic health review
• Individualized physical assessment (possible blood work, saliva hormone testing, food sensitivity testing)

The KIH Exclusive Program includes 4 naturopathic appointments which review the following treatments:

• Detailed & personalized program including dietary & lifestyle modifications
• Naturopathic supplement recommendations (individualizes based on patient needs)
• Five naturopathic appointments over a 3-5 month period
