The first line therapy program is led by our Naturopathic Doctors. It is a realistic and highly effective 3 month plan that incorporates coaching and lifestyle modifications to help you reach your weight loss goals.

What Can I Expect?

  • Your initial appointment will include a complete assessment reviewing current concerns, health history, before during and after body composition tests and measurements to track progress, as well as individualized blood work &/or hormone testing if necessary.

  • First follow up appointment:  During this visit you will receive a balanced and phytonutrient-dense food plan along with personalized natural supplementation recommendations. These will be based on your current health status and long term goals. If you are not active already, practical exercise and stress managements guidelines will be reviewed as well.

  • Future follow up appointments:  These will include the supervision, guidance and the inspiration essential to maintaining your achieved weight loss long term.   Troubleshooting, new meal plan recommendations and timely body composition and waist:hip re-measurements will also be included.
