As Holistic Nutrition is based on the principles that we are each biochemically distinct and have unique nutritional and lifestyle needs, any health recommendations provided by a Holistic Nutritionist, whether they are diet, supplement or lifestyle changes, are made specifically to you. The purpose is to bring balance to the whole body by taking into consideration the interrelationship of mind, body and spirit. As a Holistic Nutritionist, Leora's mission is to help you achieve this balance. She believes that although our genes play an important role in the risk of many diseases, they do not necessarily determine our destiny and if we try, harmoniously, to eat well, exercise daily, think positively and learn to relax, we may just be able to affect how our genes are expressed and live a life in good health.
Leora takes an integrative approach to health with a special interest in gastro-intestinal disorders and healthy weight loss. In addition, she will help you address symptoms associated with cardiovascular health, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, thyroid and mental disorders, just to name a few. Leora will work with you and focus on getting to the root of the problem and on finding sustainable solutions. By incorporating healing foods, adapting stress-reducing techniques and lifestyle changes, Leora will help you achieve optimal health, from the inside out.
