• No two people are the same, so understandably one cleanse does not fit all. We carefully assess each person and determine where toxicity is showing up in the body. We apply the best type of detox for the individual depending on those results plus their personal history as well as activity levels and current level of health.
• The four weeks is closely monitored by a Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Nutritionist and all questions and concerns can be addressed throughout the detox.
  Full body assessments including; weight, body water, body fat, cellular health, calories burned per day, physical rating, muscle mass, bone density & blood pressure will be monitored on a weekly basis.
• A monitored food challenge will be done in the last two weeks to determine food allergies and sensitivities.
• Packaged cleanses give an outline of foods or a basic diet for the overall general population. If the person isn't properly digesting or has food sensitivities, the cleanse will be much less effective.
• Some of the ingredients in colon cleanses can be harsh on the digestive tract and are not suitable for everyone. A monitored cleanse has numerous alternatives.
