For over 10 years he has worked extensively training a broad spectrum of clients ranging from professional athletes playing in the National Hockey League to university level athletes to your everyday sedentary individual. His background has provided him with the skill set to approach and administer effective treatment for varying conditions including minor musculoskeletal complaints such as sprains and strains, to headaches to more serious issues including major low back pain, biomechanical dysfuctions, postural dysfunctions and athletic injuries. He strongly believes in assessing and diagnosing each condition through both standard orthopaedic and functional testing in order to determine the true root of problem and not simply treat the symptoms.
