Four-Ingredient Sesame Tahini Cookies

(Vegan and gluten free)

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cup oat flour (I use gluten free oats)

1/2 cup tahini

1/4 cup maple syrup or monkfruit sweetener

1 teaspoon baking powder

Optional:

Sesame seed for garnish

1/2 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

Pre heat oven to 350f / 175c.

Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Roll dough into small balls and place on your baking tray.

Press down lightly to create cookies shapes.

Top with sesame seeds.

Bake for around 8 minutes. The cookies are soft and chewy, bake a bit longer if you prefer them to be more crunchy.
